    Developed by Dr. J. Clayton Lafferty, the Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI) measures 12 specific styles or patterns of thinking that can either contribute to or detract from personal effectiveness.

  • Step 2 - Results Debrief

    An accredited practitioner explains your results, help you interpret them and get clarity on where to focus.

  • Step 3 - Coaching Session

    You will define your first objective for accelerated performance. I will be here to keep you on track.

  • Step 4 - Coaching Session

    You will define your second objective. This will build on your first objective. You will be gaining momentum by now.

  • Step 5 - Coaching Session

    You will define your third and final objective before we tie it all together with a personal strategy.

  • Step 6 - Coaching Session

    By now your new thinking habits will be getting stronger. A personal strategy will lock in your new level of performance.

  • Step 7 - Re-test

  • Get started for $1. Really? What is the catch?

    No catch. Being coached is a personal thing. This programme might not be for you. If it isn't what you expected or I am not the right fit for you, then I wouldn't expect you to continue. I have taken the financial risk out for you.

  • How long does the programme run?

    Habits take time to change. It usually takes six months to get good results, but you can stop whenever you like. I will be here as long as you want. You choose.

  • How can I cancel?

    Cancelling is easy. Log in, go to the top right of the page, click your name/my account and cancel your registration. I hope you won't want to, but a promise is a promise.

  • What are the Thinking Tools?

    I use and teach the Theory of Constraints (ToC). The ToC Thinking Processes (sometimes called TP Tools) are integrated problem-solving tools based on rigorous cause-and-effect logic. They enable you to create breakthrough solutions by identifying, challenging and correcting unexamined assumptions and beliefs. When you are serious about on-going improvement, they help answer fundamental questions such as: “What To Change?” “What To Change To?” “How To Cause The Change?”.

  • I’ve been made redundant. Will this programme help?

    Firstly, I'm sorry to hear it. It can be a challenging time. Yes, it will help. When we are under pressure or stress, it is natural for us to think defensively. Therein lies the problem. Defensive thinking acts as a handbrake. Working on your constructive thinking acts like an accelerator for success. Take the handbrake off and put your foot on the gas.
